Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations in Legal Contexts
Psychological clinical and forensic evaluations are offered for juvenile and adult examinees.
Such evaluations include examination of response style (credibility of subjective data), intelligence and developmental disorders, adaptive functioning, personality, and clinical syndromes; as well as application of such clinical findings to relevant legal issues.
Examples of psycho-legal referral questions include fitness to stand trial, criminal responsibility, credibility of alleged trauma, mitigation in affirmative defenses, etc.
